Track promised tasks by displaying them on logon - no more sticky notes. Name and address information can be imported into Summit from a variety of other formats. The event structure can be imported from a previous event.

    You can now receive internet registrations with a secure on-line payments facility that uses the latest in 128 bit high security encrypted internet payments technologies. Requires web page creation by Summit Software and hosting on the Summit Software secure server.
  • Flexible Reporting
    Select everyone on your database or zoom in on a small group and then produce lists, address labels, name badges, mail merge letters or export name and address information. Choose the information to go on user-defined lists. Select how you want the name to be formatted for reports, for example, Title then Given Name then Family Name or FAMILY NAME, Given Name. Define names as European or Asian.
  • Financials
    Process cash, cheques and credit cards then print bank deposit slips and credit card summaries. Produce receipts, invoices, confirmation letters, audit trails and income & activity reconciliation reports. Track down and follow up outstanding payments. Everything you need to collect and reconcile the income for a chargeable event.

    Manage abstracts, papers and equipment requirements for presenters. Send presenter confirmation letters. Allocate presentations to sessions and build your event programme on the screen.     Design and produce your own name badges and function tickets. No limit to the number of different designs. It’s quick and easy with over 50 standard stationery sizes. Alternatively, export the badge information for an external badge maker.
  • Tabling and Seating
    Perfect for big dinners. Assign people to tables and/or seats. Produce tabling and seating lists. Swap tables. Report special dietary requirements by table. Check on table capacity. Use AutoTable for Summit to assign people large numbers of people to tables based on your chosen criteria.
  • Internet Interfaces
    In addition to secure registrations with payment, you can also receive registrations without payment, expressions of interest, name and address updates and speaker and presentation details via the Internet.
  • Time and Money Saving Correspondence
    Cut down on the number of envelopes and address labels. When doing bulk correspondence from the Correspondence form, correspondence can be printed, faxed or e-mailed automatically according to each attendee’s personal preference. With the faxing you can use billing codes to help you identify your faxing costs for each event and you can also schedule faxing to take place during off-peak periods. (Note that faxing requires WinFax Pro Version 9.0).  You can design the letterhead section of standard correspondence and include a logo.
